The Role
Specific job duties may include :
- Operations - Manage the office schedule and uphold positive relations with clients.
- Operations - Connect with new clients and evaluate if we are a good match.
- Operations - Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Operations - Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design, implement and maintain systems.
- Operations - Create standardized forms and processes to ensure the firm is efficient.
- Client Support - Provide support, preparation and documentation for various client projects.
- Human Resources - Assist with day-to-day HR duties.
- Office Management - Provide office support such as answering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Office Management - Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports.
- Office Management - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration in a professional service environment.Clear and concise writing and verbal communication skills.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite.Self-starter that is confident in taking the initiative.Highly organized.Keen attention to detail.Results oriented; identify and execute steps which produce effective outcomes.Team oriented; engage in team partnerships with a collaborative and well-intentioned approach.Preferred
Fundamental understanding of the architectural design and building industry.Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices.What We Offer :
