Clinical Director (BCBA) – Clinic-Based | Durham, NC

Full-Time | Total Compensation : $140,000 – $160,000 per year (includes base salary and performance-based bonus)

We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham, NC clinic—conveniently located near Chapel Hill, Cary, and the Research Triangle Park (RTP) . This role combines hands-on clinical practice, leadership, and strategic oversight to ensure exceptional outcomes for every child and family we serve.

• Setting : Clinic-based (Durham, NC – near Chapel Hill & RTP)
• Status : Full-time
• Reports To : Regional Clinical Leadership

Total Compensation : $140,000 – $160,000 per year
