Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and / or Geriatric Medicine Physician

Sky Health Services  is a  Boulder County, Colorado-based local, independent medical practice  dedicated to providing primary healthcare to older adults. We are looking for a Physician who shares this dedication to join our team.

This position includes both clinic visits and senior living community rounding. We organize our schedules to minimize daily travel, with a service area between Longmont and Broomfield.

4 or 5 days per week

Compensation Information :

$180000.00 / Annually - $205000.00 / Annually
