It all started in the middle of nowhere.
The Gobi Desert, to be exact.
When college friends Matthew Scanlan and Diederik Rijsemus accidentally found themselves living on a remote nomadic herding farm in the middle of Mongolia.
While there, they became friends with the local herders.
And witnessed firsthand how traditional cashmere traders fixed prices and kept the profits.
The duo realized that they could cut out the middlemen, pay their herder friends more, and sell luxury knitwear for less.

We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.
The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties.
As part of the Leap platform, this individual will have the unique opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.
Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
