We’re scaling rapidly through retail, direct-to-consumer, and experiential channels, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Events & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview
The Events & Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of brand activations, events, and partnerships. This role bridges logistics, operations, and brand marketing — handling the details that make events successful. From coordinating staff schedules to ensuring event kits ship on time, you’ll be the hands-on executor who keeps the moving pieces aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Event Logistics & Coordination
- Own the end-to-end logistics for brand events and activations (shipping, asset prep, vendor coordination).
- Create staffing rosters and schedules for events; serve as the central point of communication.
- Track event materials (signage, props, kits, displays) and ensure they’re organized, maintained, and inventoried.
- Support on-site execution at all events (travel is required)
Partnerships & PR Support
Manage inbound PR and partnership requests — route, track, and ensure timely follow-up.Coordinate with PR agency and internal team to fulfill sample requests and brand seeding opportunities.Support influencer / ambassador activations with product shipments and logistics.Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Executive Assistant, Operations, and Marketing teams to align timelines and deliverables.Provide clear weekly updates on event readiness, outstanding tasks, and post-event recaps.Develop and maintain event trackers, SOPs, and checklists to streamline processes.Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in PR, event coordination, partnerships, or brand operations (beauty, fashion, or CPG preferred).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — a true project manager at heart.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable being the “point person” with vendors and partners.Proficiency with Google Workspace or other project management tools is a plus.Must be based in the New York Metro Area with ability to work in-office and travel for events.
