Phlebotomy Team Lead - Inpatient 2nd shift

Description :

Leads and participates in a small team providing phlebotomy services to patients at a lab site. Ensures adherence to standards and policies. Trains new employees as assigned. Captures data, audits processes and reports selected metrics to management.

Computer Competency

Minimum : Sitting for long periods of time; mobile; bending, stooping and reaching above head and lifting and carrying as part of daily responsibilities. Keyboard, repetitive tasks of typing and phone use
