You have...

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with the 12 months working in the specialty you are applying for (2 years if you are applying in CA or WA).

BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
