Talent Sourcer

What You'll Be Doing :
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and others exploring new ways to reach top talent
- Track and analyze your sourcing results, experiment with new tools and approaches, and continuously refine your search strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong and relevant talent pipeline for future needs
What We Look For In You :
25 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing in IT, with experience working on both technical and back-office roles, and genuine interest in sourcing across any areaProven experience handling challenging searches and developing effective sourcing strategies tailored to each roleStrong analytical skills track and evaluate sourcing results using data, identify issues in the process, and take action to resolve or escalate themHands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and creative search methods; staying up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices in sourcingExcellent time management prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistentlySkilled in writing clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages that effectively connect with candidatesSufficient English skills to communicate effectively with native speakersNice-To-Have :
