Responsibilities :

Client Engagement : Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess clients' tax-related challenges and effectively communicate the value of tax relief services.

Consultative Sales : Apply a consultative approach to qualify leads, present tailored tax relief solutions, and close sales.

Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong client relationships to promote satisfaction, trust, and long-term engagement.

CRM Management : Accurately document all client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.

Performance Goals : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Team Collaboration : Partner with tax professionals and internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in tax relief sales or a related field.

Skills :

Proven ability to close sales and manage outbound calls effectively.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable handling high call volumes.

Proficient in CRM systems, especially customized platforms like Logics.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or tax-related areas are a plus.

Attributes :

Highly motivated and goal-driven.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Additional Requirements :

Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask efficiently.

Availability for a full-time, in-office schedule (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts).

Strong desire to succeed with a money-making mindset.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00 / yr.
