Job Description

The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate special projects related to enterprise regulatory changes, audits, and enterprise compliance priorities.

Act as a central point of coordination between compliance leadership and business units, ensuring alignment and timely execution of activities.

Facilitate collaboration across legal, operations, and business teams to drive shared accountability and progress.

Prepare executive-level updates, briefings, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the compliance function.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business management, information management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience

8 years of work experience in business / process analysis, project / program management and / or at a pharmacy benefit management organization

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution and listening

Ability to interface with executive level leadership

Ability to actively identify and implement opportunities for improvement

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality under pressure and strict timeframes

Demonstrated change management leader and track record for effective collaboration and achieving results through others

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Juris Doctorate (JD) or other comparable advanced degree

Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher

Experience working at a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, or other complex organization in a highly regulated industry

Experience working as a practitioner in project management, program management, release management, business analysis, business architecture, agile, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Physical Demands

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Ability to work in a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
