Responsibilities
· Hands-on developer on AEM-centric platform
· Champion code quality, reuse, and extensibility and best practices
· Strong leader/mentor with team members
· Participate and contribute in design and documentation sessions
· Review current state and document findings
· Develop new components, templates, workflows and OSGi modules using JSP as well as HTL
· Builds CI pipeline using tools like Jenkins
Qualifications
· 7+ years of development experience
· 3+ years of experience working with Adobe AEM (6.x experience preferred) or Adobe Marketing Cloud offering
· Experience leading a development team, preferably with an AEM project
· Strong experience customizing workflows, web/rest services integration with AEM, component customization using HTL as well as JSP
· Strong understanding of web technologies and development patterns
· Solid understanding of CI/CD and should have experience building CI pipelines using Jenkins-related tools
· Proficient in Maven, Ant scripting
· Agile experience required
· Adobe Certification preferred
· Strong understanding of J2EE
· Good communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
· Ability to work onsite at the client location in Denver, CO or if working remote, the ability to travel to the client site in Denver for in-person meetings, as needed.
· Ability to successfully pass drug screen and background, upon post-offer
