Job Description

We are hiring LPNs in the following areas :

• Collier County
• Charlotte County

Candidates should be in or near one of the listed locations

Seaside Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to assist with in-home patient care. Common in-home care tasks include administering medications, helping with feeding or hygiene tasks, monitoring patient vitals, wound care and other related tasks. Assessing the physical and emotional needs of each patient, documenting all visits, changes and communicating with other health care providers. Applicants must have their LPN license. We prefer applicants to have some prior experience providing patient care to the geriatric population.

Work Schedule : Flexible, PRN. Must be available at least 2 days per week
