Job description

Regal Staffing Services is now hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler position located in the Dallas, TX 75247 area.

Shift : 1st shift 6 am-2 : 45 pm Monday- Friday (Mandatory overtime when needed).

Pay Rate $17hr

Job Description :

  • Perform mechanical assembly of valves, flow control units, and hydronic system components using hand and power tools.
  • Align, fit, and fasten parts, seal joints, install fasteners, gaskets, O-rings, etc.
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, defects, and quality compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience (mechanical or industrial preferred).
  • Ability to use hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, and basic measuring devices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Steel-toe boots required.
  • Must work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
