Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Licensed Phlebotomist (part-time) at Riverside, CA! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Licensed Phlebotomist (part-time)

Location : Riverside, CA 92506

Shift Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM | Rotational Saturdays

Hours per Week : 20 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $22 - 27 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing following established practices and protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and required logs.
• Support compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and clean work environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring timely completion of daily activities.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and a positive company image in all interactions.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required .

California CPT-1 License required.

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
