The Lead Proposal Writer / Marketing Coordinator is a permanent full-time position whose key responsibility is to oversee the drafting of written proposals and Statement of Qualifications, and coordinate with the project management team on the approach to proposals.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include the following :

• Drafting written proposals and Statement of Qualifications in response to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications;
• Coordinating with the marketing team and project management team on the approach to proposals;
• Coordinating with technical sub-consultants, as needed;
• Drafting / finalizing sub-consultant agreements and contracts for awarded proposals; and
• Maintaining and keeping the Customer Relationship Management System up to date.
