Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for assigned technical customer accounts, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and support renewal discussions to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and facilitate training opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related technical role
Familiarity with GIS technologies, IT systems, APIs, or enterprise integration workflows
Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or technology-enabled environments is preferred
Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight
