Project Accountant

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to oversee and report on project cost accounting remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and report on project cost accounting in adherence to company policies

Act as a liaison between operations and corporate accounting functions

Identify, research, and resolve project issues while managing the monthly invoicing process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience required

Seven or more years of corporate accounting experience preferred

Prior architecture, engineering, and / or construction accounting experience preferred

Thorough knowledge of GAAP and experience with an ERP system required

Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) preferred but not required
