About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales (US) to spearhead its expansion into the US market. The successful candidate will be a key player in the mission to connect exceptional nearshore talent with forward-thinking US companies. This role is all about owning the go-to-market motion in an untapped market, with a focus on high-growth industries and clients. The Head of Sales will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from building and executing a US go-to-market plan to leading the process of identifying, connecting, pitching, and closing new business. A strong emphasis is placed on developing deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers and designing creative proposals that drive long-term value.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, or managed services, with a proven track record as a hunter in the sales field. Experience in selling cross-border or nearshore solutions, particularly between the US and Mexico, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with strong consultative and strategic selling skills, discipline in CRM management, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. The Head of Sales will also be expected to represent the brand at industry events and within the nearshore ecosystem, so excellent communication and networking abilities are essential. Business-level English is a must, with Spanish language skills being a plus.
