About the Role :

We are seeking a Barback for our Summer Seasonal position at Yesterdays Creekside Tavern in YCT. As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, stock supplies, and assist with the preparation of drinks. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work with a dynamic team.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred

As a Barback, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills to keep the bar area clean and stocked. Finally, you will need to be able to work well under pressure and be a team player to ensure that our guests have a positive experience.
