• Job Summary Flexcar is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and exceptional member experience.
• This role is responsible for making the site is maintaining full P&L compliance, fleet performance, staffing, vendor management, on time fulfillment, vehicle quality and execution of all site activities—7 days a week.
• The Site Manager will drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and adapt quickly to changing business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
