Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, identifying technology needs, and implementing solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders across the retail banking division to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop detailed project specifications and software requirements to support business goals.

Work closely with IT developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as per business needs

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment of new applications and systems
