What You’ll Do

Deliver direct patient care and evaluate functional needs to design effective treatment plans.

Develop and implement personalized care plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Guide and direct support staff to help patients meet their functional goals.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, goals, and progress notes.

What You’ll Bring

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of Michigan

At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Ability to travel up to 50% within your coverage area

Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients (50–100 lbs)
