Operator / Lead Hand
The Operator / Lead Hand position is responsible for assisting the foreman in all aspects of the job for timely completion to include tracking, boring, trenching, set poles, pull fiber, install ground boxes, pour concrete, build fences, set towers, plow, set bungalows, install high voltage circuits and transformers.
Required Qualifications / Experiences :
- 3+ years experience in tracking bores and fluent in heavy equipment operations
- Knowledge of terminology associated with boring, plowing, electrical circuits, bungalow sets, fiber pulling
- Attention to detail and initiative to be self-motivated and directed
- Ability to listen, follow directions and communicate effectively
- Ability to manage time and work independently or with other team members
- OSHA Certified
