Position Overview : Natera is looking for an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Product Management to lead the development and commercialization of our Altera tumor genomic profiling product line. In this highly visible and dynamic role, you will drive the entire product lifecycle, from prioritizing new features and programs to developing a strategic roadmap and enhancing product performance. Your work will directly impact patient care by providing innovative oncology solutions to healthcare providers and stakeholders.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that our products deliver maximum value in the competitive oncology space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Altera tumor genomic profiling product line.
• Prioritize new features and initiatives, balancing customer needs and operational constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Molecular Biology R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical / Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development, to ensure successful product execution.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
