Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and BIRT . Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules . Understanding of XML, XSLT, REST / SOAP APIs , and web service integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Workday Certification (Integration or Reporting). Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics . Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Job Title : Workday Developer
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, build, and support Workday integrations, reports, and configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reports, with a solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs .
- Design and maintain custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) within Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Maintain and support existing Workday integrations and configurations.
- Participate in Workday releases and ensure seamless adoption of new features.
