About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and execute our paid media, email marketing, SEO, and organic social strategy. You'll run the channels that fuel our pipeline and be the go to person for performance insights, optimizations, and testing. You'll collaborate closely with content, events, and product marketing to make sure campaigns launch on time, land with impact, and deliver results.

Location : Hybrid to our office in Lincoln, Nebraska.
What You'll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities :
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Bing, LinkedIn)
Own all social channels (LinkedIn + YouTube) and maintain a consistent posting schedule
Build and send promotional and nurture emails in HubSpot (excluding event emails)
Manage website performance from a conversion and SEO standpoint (non-content)
Track, report, and optimize for CPL, MQLs, and overall channel performance
Secondary Tasks :
Maintain UTM structure, lead source tagging, and analytics dashboards (GA4, HubSpot)
Coordinate timing with Events and Content teams for campaign rollouts
Support CRM and lead stages between HubSpot and Salesforce
Build workflows and list segments for email marketing

What You'll Own & Be Measured On
Channels Owned :
Paid media (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn)
Email marketing (HubSpot - campaigns, nurtures, lists)
Organic social (LinkedIn, YouTube)
SEO and website performance (non-content)
Campaign tracking and analytics (GA4, UTMs, dashboards)
Monthly / Quarterly Outputs :
Monthly campaign performance reports (CPL, MQLs, ROAS)
Social media calendar and post performance
Email performance reports (CTR, form fills, conversions)
Quarterly summary of paid campaign performance by brand
KPIs :
MQLs generated by channel
Cost per lead (CPL)
Landing page conversion rate
Email open and click-through rates
Social media engagement and growth
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn
Experience with HubSpot (or similar) for email marketing and automation
Understanding of SEO principles and website CRO
Proficiency in GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reporting
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple brand priorities
A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and figure things out
Bonus :
Experience with construction tech or industrial B2B
Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce and / or Marketo
