Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

We're a small, collaborative Omaha law firm (4 attorneys) looking to add an experienced

• Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
• to our team.
• What you'll do :
• Defend workers' compensation cases in Nebraska and Iowa
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and collect medical records
• Take depositions and represent clients at hearings and trials
• What we're looking for :
• Licensed in Nebraska (Iowa license a plus, or willingness to obtain)
• 2+ years of litigation or workers' comp experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
