Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop accurate budgets. Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Maintain databases of costs, subcontractor bids, and historical pricing information. Assist in value engineering and cost control during preconstruction and design phases. Support bid packaging and proposal preparation for public and private sector projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have :

• Proven experience estimating construction projects in commercial or institutional markets.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
