As a key member of our service department, you'll be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of construction and crushing / screening equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose construction and crushing / screening equipment for needed repairs.
• Perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines as directed, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep to maximize equipment performance and longevity.
• Utilize diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments to detect faults in machine systems such as electronics, hydraulics, power trains, and engines.
• Occasionally operate machines to assess repair needs or performance issues.
• Disassemble and assemble machines and components according to manufacturer specifications, utilizing hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized equipment provided by the company.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to efficiently perform required maintenance and service tasks.
• Research repair needs and order parts as necessary to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical or vocational education is a plus.

Three to five years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing heavy equipment.
