Lead Childcare Teacher
Reggio’s Treehouse is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators. Are you an “outside the box” thinker? Our Reggio Emilia philosophy encourages children to become self-directed learners, and critical thinkers. Children learn best through play. As a lead facilitator you will be working closely with the Director (D) and Assistant Director (AD) ensuring that the standards set by Reggio’s Treehouse and State Licensing are met in an organized and timely manner. A lead facilitator must actively research and implement effective provocations and document the findings. Since the curriculum is emergent, the facilitators must ensure all documentation is submitted to the AD in a timely manner.
