HealthPro Heritage is looking for a Certified Lymphedema COTA to work in an outpatient setting in Hazel Crest, IL. We're also looking for a Per Diem COTA for Weekends Only in our inpatient acute setting in Hazel Crest, IL!

Lymphedema Certified COTA!

• Part Time and Full-Time Hours!
• Caring and supportive team at a wonderful hospital base outpatient setting located in Hazel Crest, IL
• Partnership with the third largest non-profit hospital organization in the county.
• Wage Range : $30-$34 per hour (based on experience)
