Ambulatory Nurse - Primary Care in

Burlington, VT & South Burlington, VT.

We need you to provide advanced professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's health needs.

We would love to hear from you if :

• You have BSN and valid RN license (must receive VT license upon acceptance).
• You have 2 years of experience in Primary Care nursing.
• You have CPR Certification.
