Join a compassionate and collaborative team committed to improving the lives of youth and their families. As a Youth & Family Therapist , you’ll provide high-quality, client-centered care for youth ages 5–24 in a supportive, non-quota-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and their families (approximately 60% direct service)
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with schools, counties, and other community partners
• Deliver community education and participate in regular clinical supervision
