Team Leader Of Custodial Services

The Team Leader of Custodial Services is responsible for the supervision of a team of custodians who ensure the cleanliness and orderly condition of the buildings and facilities. Establishes and manages cleanliness standards and the wellbeing of all shared spaces.

Responsibilities :

• Direct the work of assigned team of custodians, provide direction as to required daily tasks
• Train new team members effectively on policies and processes for job duties
• Provide performance feedback and correction to team members
• Inspects work completed by team members
• Responsible for continued upkeep of shared spaces (cafes, break rooms, restrooms, courtyard)
• Facilitate clean up and initial clean of new office furniture upon request from the business
• Manage inventory of cleaning and paper products
• Creates and maintains MSDS guidelines, chemical standards and cleaning checklists
• Regular and punctual attendance is required
• Performs other duties as assigned
