Pharmaceutical International, Inc. (Pii), a Jabil company, has an immediate need for an experience Aseptic Production Supervisor to manage 2nd shift aseptic fill manufacturing in Hunt Valley, MD! How will you make an impact? The Aseptic Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing GMP manufacturing activities related to aseptic filling operations, including machine setup, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, capping, and visual inspection. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient process execution while supporting team performance and real-time issue resolution. The Supervisor serves as the frontline leader for aseptic manufacturing operators and ensures alignment with production schedules and quality standards. This position supports 2nd shift operations as listed below, Monday through Friday. Additionally, flexibility to support other shifts including weekend overtime may be required in order to achieve production targets. Training may involve rotating shifts for shadowing and acclimation purposes.

1st Shift : 06 : 30am 03 : 30pm

2nd Shift : 02 : 30pm 11 : 30pm

3rd Shift : 10 : 30pm 07 : 30am

What Will You Do?

Operational Oversight

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities during assigned shift
• Ensure adherence to batch records, SOPs, and aseptic techniques
• Monitor production schedule and escalate delays or issues
• Responsible for updating shift manufacturing KPIs
• Maintains aseptic qualification training
• Strong on-the-floor presence to support team members and ensures quality standards are met and schedules are achieved
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance
