Additional Details :

$7500 SIGN ON BONUS

How You Will Make a Difference :

Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining a high degree of quality and compassionate care.

Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.

Comply with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.

Ensure nursing personnel assigned to you follow established facility policies and procedures.

What You Need to Make a Difference :

Active LPN license in the state of residence.

Current CPR Certification.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
