Job descriptionShifts : Days Shifts, Mon-Sun (8am - 5pm) Weeknight call and weekend call is possible. 7 days on / 7days off Practice Setting : Inpatient Psych Patient Per shift : 5-12 Department Beds : 18 adults, 5 adolescents EMR : Cerner Credentialing Time frame : 60-90 days Rotate coverage with the Physician. Physicians will work on Inpatient Psych (adult unit and adolescent unit), Hospital Consults, ER Consults, supervising APPs, Provider will round in the morning, and every third day Will take a turn managing all hospital calls / consults, etc. How Many Psychiatrists in Your Group : 1 part-time inpatient right now How Many Advanced Practice Providers Support Your Group : 2 Trauma Level : Level-III Inpatient Psych Experience, 2+ years preferred Board Certification : Must be Board Certified License : Iowa State License or IMLC Licensed Experience in treating patients ages 6 and up
