Job Summary :

The Director is responsible for the Food and Beverage leadership and strategic direction for our mountain dining experience. This leader needs to have a senior level of operations management experience with a solid ability to lead diverse teams within “best in class” food and beverage multi-unit environments. This leader will be out front and innovative, developing and supporting concepts to bring the resort brand vision to life. Strong ability to develop talent and build teams, strategic vision and solution oriented thinking are critical for success in this position. This position requires proven leadership experience in fine dining, quick serve, beverage menu development and a working knowledge of P&L statements.

The expected pay range is $93,000 - $125,000 + annual bonus + equity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
