- Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule : Full-time (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday
- Call : Participate in shared hospital call rotation
- Coverage : Inpatient and clinic (Hospital in Des Moines, Clinic in Clive)
- Clinic Volume : 30+ patients / day 15-minute appointments
- Patient Contact Hours : 36 / week
- Support : 1 : 1 Nurse-to-Physician Ratio + Ancillary Staff
- Facilities : On-site lab, pharmacy, and imaging services available in building
- Procedures : Full range of ENT services
- OR Access : Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Exam Rooms : 2-3 per provider
- Teaching : Yes - academic involvement available
- EMR : EPIC
