Compensation :
$150,000 - $195,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Prospect daily for new business through cold calls, texts, emails, and social mediaConvert inbound inquiries into appointments for buyer or listing consultationsConduct property showings and buyer consultations to determine client needsTrack progress using CRM software and maintain consistent follow-up schedulesAssist in drafting contracts and guiding clients through the offer processHit weekly and monthly appointment-setting and closing goalsQualifications :
Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong follow-up and organization skills requiredMust be comfortable with a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentCommission-only compensation structureAbout Company
