Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our Aurora team. This role focuses on accurate inventory management, shipping and receiving, order picking, and training team members. You will work in a safe, organized warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards, ISO 9001, and OSHA / EH&S guidelines.

Pay : $20 / hour

Shift : Monday - Friday, with some weekends

Responsibilities :

• Accurately pick, pack, ship, and receive products, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Safely operate warehouse equipment; maintain forklift and HazMat certifications (DOT 49 CFR 172.704 & IATA)
• Follow ISO 9001 and OSHA / EH&S standards
• Assist with SOP / SOW creation and ensure compliance
• Cross-train team members and maintain 5S workplace organization
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, and handling
