We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team someone who knows Meta Ads inside out and thrives on experimentation, creative collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day management, optimization, and analysis of Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad campaigns working closely with a Paid Social Manager and creative teams to drive performance and deliver ROI.

You will :

• Launch and optimize Meta campaigns build new campaigns from scratch, run weekly A / B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and identify top performers.
• Analyze campaign performance monitor ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CAC, and conversion rates to uncover insights and make smart optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams collect creative assets and copy, share performance feedback with designers, and support strategy adjustments based on data.
• Manage budgets efficiently monitor pacing and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly spend to meet targets and maximize performance.
• Maintain account health QA new tests, pause underperformers, scale winners, check rules, and ensure campaign stability before weekends and holidays.
• Report like a pro build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets (via Funnel.io), using formulas, charts, and pivot tables to visualize trends and insights.
• Communicate proactively use Slack, video calls, and Asana to collaborate with your internal team and keep clients informed of key updates and learnings.
