LOCUMS Hematology Oncology Physician Needed in Kinston, NC

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Oncology- Kinston are seeking a BC fellowship trained Hematology Oncologist  to help provide coverage for their practice.  New providers will arrive 1 hour early on Monday (7am) morning for orientation.

Highlights include :

Will need UNC Lenoir privileges could include rounding on hospital patients and for emergencies when the other Oncologist is traveling.

Coverage Needed :   Kinston location

Weekly work needed 12 / 29-1 / 2 / 26 and closed 01 / 01 / 2026

Mon-Thurs 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Friday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm

Details :

• Outpatient clinic  setting with an infusion center with 14 chairs
• Established practice
• One day per week will be in an outreach location (Richlands) within 45 minutes of Kinston, NC
• No call or weekends
• Average # of patients / day : 15-20
• Provider will respond to codes (in outpatient clinic setting only)
• Required procedures include supervision of the administration of chemotherapy treatments
• EPIC
