Service Host

Melanie is seeking an exceptional Service Host who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and embodies the true spirit of hospitality. This role is the heartbeat of the guest experience. The ideal candidate is warm, intuitive, and service-driven, with the versatility to support host stand responsibilities while assisting with key server-assistant tasks on the floor.

Key Responsibilities  Host Duties

Warmly greet and welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments with grace and accuracy.

Maintain a calm, confident presence at the host stand during peak hours.

Communicate table status and guest flow with the management and service team members.

Ensure the entrance and host area remain organized and inviting.

Server Assistant Duties

Support servers by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables quickly and efficiently.

Deliver water service and other table touches as needed.

Assist with running dishes from the kitchen to the dining room with speed and care as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the dining room.

Work as an active team player to maintain seamless service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a host, server, or support role preferred, but not required for the right personality and skill set.

Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in busy service environments.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment.
