GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand & Communication Team! The Graphic Designer will ultimately help shape the brand design, guidelines and all creative content for the company across a variety of media platforms. The Brand & Communication Team serves as the internal agency for our teams and facilities around the world, and we believe strongly that our strategy is a critical support element in accelerating our culture of Respect, Integrity, Perseverance, Innovation and Teamwork. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Help to define and shape brand guidelines, this includes logo lockups, color studies, font requirements and more.

Create and update all company files and graphic assets requiring a designed format. This includes company-wide communications, social media content, corporate and sales presentations and other digital content as needed.

Create and maintain an organized and secure asset management system, including proper taxonomy and draft / final file storage.

Offer partnership, support and leadership to our Agency of Record.

Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Other activities as requested and / or required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Years of Experience : 1+ years’ experience in designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

TRAVEL :

Travel Required : minimum

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

A strong portfolio of created content pieces, including graphic design work, illustrations and video.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)—this includes an understanding of file type requirements and ability to interpret design needs like sizing, format, etc.

A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Excellent communication skills and ability to receive constructive feedback.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively.
