Radiologic Technologist Job Details

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,280 - $2,450

Shift : Day shifts – Mon-Wed : 7am-7pm, Fri : 8am-1 : 30pm

Hours per Week : 40

Charting System : EPIC

Weekend Requirement : None

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist

Active ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required

Current BLS certification

Proficient in 3-D and digital mammography exams

Strong knowledge of mammographic imaging techniques and procedures

Ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images for breast cancer screening and early detection

Experience with Hologic 3D equipment and outpatient procedures

Understanding of universal precautions, core measures, and radiation safety practices

EPIC charting experience preferred

First-time travelers welcome

Valid Pennsylvania state license or certification required at time of submission

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

PA Fingerprints required prior to start

Radiology Job Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams, including advanced 3D mammograms

Operate Hologic 3D imaging equipment and maintain high standards of patient care

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during all procedures

Document procedures and maintain accurate records using EPIC charting system

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary radiology and healthcare team

Follow universal precautions and radiation safety protocols

Support early detection and diagnosis of breast diseases in women
