Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of U.S. international tax filings and year-end provisions, including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC, and Section 163(j). Ensure accuracy and compliance across 50+ U.S. entities and 25 CFCs.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects with tax-efficient strategies. Influence global tax outcomes through treaty analysis, OECD initiatives, and innovative planning.
Work closely with our German tax team and Canadian business groups on cross-border transactions, BEPS initiatives, and global minimum tax compliance.
Develop and guide a team of four tax professionals, fostering growth and excellence in international tax and transfer pricing.
