IT Compliance Manager

A company is looking for an IT Compliance Manager to lead technical compliance and control testing efforts within the Information Security team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, and improvement of IT control testing programs against industry standards

Manage the lifecycle of technical control assessments, including scoping, testing, and remediation tracking

Collaborate with various teams to validate control effectiveness and drive remediation of gaps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications preferred

7+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven expertise in technical control testing across multiple regulatory frameworks

Strong understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure security

Experience with GRC platforms and automated control testing tools
