SUMMARY

The Strategic Supply Chain Manager will lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management strategies to optimize costs, improve inventory control, and drive operational efficiency. This role will work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and production teams to implement a centralized purchasing strategy that maximizes value and reduces risk across the company's total annual materials spend.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management

• Develop and implement a company-wide procurement strategy focused on cost savings and supplier performance.
• Negotiate contracts, volume discounts, and long-term agreements to achieve 5%–10% annual savings on material purchases.
• Identify alternative suppliers, optimize vendor mix, and leverage competitive bids to reduce overall spend.
