Job Summary :

PM&R physician needed in established inpatient rehabilitation program.

Qualified Candidates :

• Board certified or board eligible in PM&R
• Ability to obtain Utah Medical License
• Join an existing providers in providing care to help our patients heal in the Acute Rehabilitation Center at St. Mark's Hospital
• Work as part of a care team that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and social workers / discharge planners.
• Care for patients in our 16 bed inpatient unit and with potential to provide consultative services at multiple locations.
